Built by Lusk in the early 1970’s there were initially offered as leased land with lack luster sales. So they switched to fee simple. There were six basic floor plans that evolved vover time. The first models were on Bodega.
The Portsmouth had 2468 square feet at first then went to two modifications up to 2564 square feet. The Portsmouth is a traditional slat and stucco single story three bedroom, walk in closets, two bath and a very deep three car garage. Owners may take the opportunity to build between the garage and house as a fourth bedroom or offce/casita with it’s own entrance.
The Cape Horn model started at 2486 square feet then in phase two expanded slightly to 2628 square feet. It too is a a single story home with a three car garage apart from the main house. This four bedroom home has two and one half baths.

The New Bedford First phase was 3329 square feet then expanded to 3480 A four bedroom, three bath two story home with three elevations in a ‘traditional’ flair
The Nantucket has 3216 square feet a contemporary two-story California ranch style with three elevations five bedrooms three bath all plans featured spacious two-car garages and walk-in closets.
