The instant I started SHOWING UP AVAILABLE, I immediately began to feel better and do better.  I took 100% responsibility for diving into changing my thoughts, feelings, words and actions to align more fully with what I wanted and with who I wanted to be.  I shifted my values, beliefs, and perspectives in major ways that grew my personal and professional empowerment.

Soon, my military leadership style become more effective and efficient.  I was able to demonstrate executive presence and communicate more powerfully, leading to successful mission accomplishment and influencing the growth of other leaders around me.  My relationships with women, friends, and especially my 5 children and 5 grand-children, became deeper, more fulfilling and more rewarding.  Because of my growth and breakthroughs, I felt a call to open my practice as a as a speaker, coach and trainer to help others.  My practice in Marietta, GA reflects my availability to my clients and to helping them SHOW UP AVAILABLE for creating their own shifts and new, forward movement.
